We are looking for a Marketing Automation Engineer who can independently manage, optimise, and scale our digital marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, automation, AI, and web operations and is critical to reducing dependency on multiple individuals by centralising ownership.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of executing end-to-end marketing workflows, from website optimisation and landing pages to LinkedIn automation and AI-generated marketing artefacts.
RequirementsOwn and manage the Fusion Practices website end-to-end
Continuously optimise website performance, structure, messaging, and conversion paths
Create, update, and maintain website pages without external dependency
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and positioning across all web assets
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate services, offerings, and messaging into clear website content
Website Landing PagesDesign and build high-conversion landing pages for:
Implement clear CTAs, forms, and tracking
A/B test landing pages to improve conversion rates
Ensure landing pages align with campaign objectives and target audiences
Marketing Automation (LinkedIn & Outreach)Set up, manage, and optimise LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Linked Helper)
Design automated outreach sequences while maintaining professional, compliant messaging
Segment audiences and personalise outreach flows
Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine automation strategies
Ensure automation supports lead generation without harming brand perception
AI-Driven Artefact Generation & EditingUse Artificial Intelligence tools to generate marketing artefacts such as:
Edit, refine, and improve AI-generated artefacts to meet brand and quality standards
Eliminate dependency on external designers for day-to-day marketing assets
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all AI-assisted outputs
End-to-End Marketing Execution OwnershipBe capable of executing activities including:
Act as a single point of ownership for marketing execution
Ensure speed, quality, and consistency across all marketing outputs
