Role Description

• Client onboarding & CRM workflows

• Email + SMS automations

• LinkedIn & email outreach systems

• Podcast & content distribution workflows

• Referral tracking systems

• AI-assisted content repurposing

• CRM dashboards, tagging & segmentation

Tools & Skills Required:

• Kajabi

• Zapier

• HubSpot & GoHighLevel (GHL)

• ChatGPT / Claude / AI tools

• Trello or similar PM tools

• SOP documentation

• Strong written & verbal English

Ideal Candidate:

• Systems thinker who improves processes

• Organized & detail-oriented

• Comfortable working independently

• Curious about AI & automation

• Experience with coaches, consultants, agencies, funnels, or webinars is a plus
