We're Hiring: Marketing Associate (Real Estate Sector)

Location: Hitec City, Hyderabad

Timings: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are a fast-growing construction and real estate company looking for a pleasant, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Respond immediately to leads and convince customers for site visits.
• Maintain regular and structured follow-ups with customers.
• Update and manage all customer interactions effectively in CRM software.
• Build trust and ensure a positive customer experience throughout.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu (mandatory).
• Previous experience in real estate telecalling or customer engagement roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy in handling customer queries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined follow-up approach.
• Energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.

Compensation:

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month
