Marketing Associate

About the Role

Novatr is looking for a Marketing Associate to take end-to-end ownership of content and digital marketing execution. You'll write content that moves people through the funnel, work with our SEO partner to bring keyword and on-page guidance into what gets published, and help plan and run campaigns across channels, from brief to launch. You'll be the connective tissue between content, design, and marketing, all in one high-impact seat. If you want real ownership, not a checklist, this is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own content writing end to end, including blogs, scripts, landing pages, and long-form pieces across the funnel
• Incorporate keyword and on-page guidance from our external SEO partner into what gets written
• Coordinate with the third-party SEO agency to align plans with their research and site health recommendations
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across channels, from planning through execution
• Work closely with design and marketing teams so campaigns move smoothly from brief to publish
• Act as the go-to point of contact for coordination between internal teams and the SEO agency
• Support existing team members on ongoing digital marketing initiatives
• Track and report on performance across channels to inform what gets scaled up
• Stay sharp on the latest in marketing and content trends, and bring ideas that actually get shipped

What we're looking for

• 0–2 years of experience (internships count) in digital marketing and content writing.
• Strong writing skills, comfortable across blogs, scripts, landing pages, and long-form content
• A self-starter mindset, someone who takes ownership rather than waits for direction
• Strong coordination and communication skills, since you'll work closely with internal teams and an external SEO agency.
• Genuine curiosity about content, SEO, and digital marketing, with a hunger to learn
• Comfortable tracking and reporting on performance to figure out what's working
