Roles and Responsibilities for Marketing Associate position Indian Sub Continent (ISC):
- Support in carrying out various marketing and communication activities in Indian Sub Continent.
- Communication support in New product launches, dealer activations in Distribution business
- Creating marketing collaterals for B2B customers.
- Support in the event execution.
- Build a deep understanding of the Food Industry dynamics, trends, drivers and unmet needs
- Gathering insights about food industry or food companies through desk research
- Support in executing industry plans for ISC based on customer/consumer insights and Product/BU strategy
- Support in executing industry plans for ISC in close collaboration with Communication, Sales and product management
- Coordinating and collaborating with sales, innovation and business units to drive industry initiatives and activities
- Support in strategizing, conceptualizing and executing the events, trade shows, customer interactions etc.
- Support in carrying out various marketing and communication activities in ISC.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience with 1-2 years in marketing
- Understanding of collecting data from secondary reports and creating powerpoint presentations
- Should have worked in marketing communication
- Should have understanding of research and data
- Excellent communication Skills
- Excellent in creating marketing collaterals in line with brand guidelines.
- Experience in coordinating with marketing agencies to coordinate events executions.
- Passion for thinking of new and innovative ways of marketing in B2B environment
- Needs to be agile, proactive in IFF's fast moving environment.
