Title: Marketing Associate/Junior Marketing Associate
Tasks
- Write newsletter articles with provided content
- Write SharePoint articles and content
- LinkedIn: Research what other CIOs/CTOs are posting and engaging in
- Deliver monthly summary briefing (1-2 pages max) of what others are posting and discussing
- Deliver bi-monthly, timely and relevant LinkedIn thought-leadership posts
- Fill out and write speaker submissions applications for conferences
- Research and identify potential CIO award submissions; draft the submission for the award
- Assist with the conference attendance process, including enrollment, itinerary, social media guidelines, and post-conference information sharing
- Drip content and drive content themes in our Engage channel
- Run the contest and rewards process for our Engage/Teams participation, Agent AI crowdsourcing project, etc.
- Conduct surveys as needed, and produce analytics and insights
- Act as an analyst for marketing metrics; develop summary and trend slides for the metrics
Minimum requirements:
Excellent English speaking and writing skills (indistinguishable from a US native speaker), self-starter, basic design skills, highly organized, basic project management skills, overlap with US east coast hours and available for impromptu calls and brainstorming. Preference will be given to someone who has worked with or within an IT organization, accounting industry experience is a big plus
