This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Associate role based in Patna. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, designing and executing marketing campaigns, leading sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and overseeing project timelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals will also be a key part of this role.

• Strong communication skills for client interaction and teamwork
• Experience in Market Research and the ability to analyze and interpret trends
• Sales and Marketing expertise to create and execute effective campaigns
• Project Management skills to oversee timelines and coordinate tasks efficiently
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively
• Proficiency in data interpretation and tools related to digital marketing is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
