Role Overview
We're looking for someone who can own social media execution end-to-end; from content
planning to writing to publishing and reporting.
This is a high-ownership, execution-first role. You will work closely with the marketing lead,
while coordinating with designers, video editors and internal stakeholders to ensure content goes
out consistently, thoughtfully, and on time.
If you enjoy writing, building content engines, spotting trends, and making things happen
without constant follow-ups, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
1. Social Media Execution
• Own day-to-day execution across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X and
more)
• Publish, manage and maintain consistent posting cadence
• Track performance and share regular reports with insights
2. Content Writing & Curation
• Write high-quality, platform-native copy across formats:
o Founder-led content
o Thought leadership
o Campaign posts
o Brand storytelling
• Source content inputs from internal teams and stakeholders
• Curate, stitch and shape raw inputs into compelling narratives
3. Campaign Execution• Execute social media campaigns end-to-end
• Stay updated on what's working across platforms and apply it
• Support in building and executing content calendars
4. Stakeholder Coordination
• Follow up with founders and internal teams to gather content
• Work closely with designers and video editors to bring content to life
• Ensure timelines are met and nothing slips through the cracks
5. Build the Foundation
• Help build a consistent, recognizable brand presence for Global HealthX
• Contribute to improving processes, workflows, and content systems over time
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
• Strong interest and hands-on experience in social media + content
• Excellent copywriting skills (this role is writing-heavy)
• Ability to understand what works on different platforms
• High ownership- you follow through and get things done
• Strong coordination skills- you're comfortable chasing inputs and managing timelines
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, slightly unstructured environment
Nice-to-Have
• Agency or startup experience
• Personal social media presence or content portfolio
• Exposure to content calendars and campaign execution
