Marketing Associate – Founding Team

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Marketing Associate to join our founding team and help us build our brand and customer outreach from scratch. This is a hands-on role for someone excited to learn, experiment, and grow with an early-stage company — not a role with a fixed playbook.

What You'll Do:

- Should travel to client locations for meetings

- Plan and run social media content (Instagram/LinkedIn, etc.)

- Write marketing copy — captions, emails, outreach messages

- Support brand-building and customer outreach campaigns

- Work directly with the founding team to shape our marketing direction

What We're Looking For:

- Fresher or up to 1 year experience in marketing/communications

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

- Basic familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, or content creation tools

- MBA/Bachelor's in Marketing or related field preferred, not mandatory
