We're Hiring: Founder's Office & Marketing Executive
We're looking for a Marketing Executive for a Founder's Office Role to work closely with Rishi and support the execution of marketing, content, and founder-office coordination across the firms he has founded.
This role is for someone who understands modern marketing and content, and can turn ideas into structured execution -regardless of industry background.
What You'll Do
- Support the Founder with professional office coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Work across the Founder's companies on marketing and content execution & storytelling
- Convert the Founder's ideas, thoughts, and videos into content plans
- Coordinate with editors, designers, videographers, and social media teams
- Work with SEO and performance marketing agencies and review reports
- Track content and campaign performance (views, reach, engagement)
- Share clear insights and improvement ideas with the Founder
Who This Role Is For
- Freshers or early-career candidates
- Strong interest in marketing, content, and branding
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable handling both coordination and creative work
- Industry background doesn't matter - marketing thinking does
Requirements
- Grown a personal or professional social media account (10K+ followers preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Basic content creation skills (writing, reels, simple visuals)
- Understanding of content strategy and marketing funnels
- Comfortable reading and summarising marketing reports (Meta Ads, campaign metrics)
- Marketing degree preferred, or strong hands-on experience
