Marketing Associate

Location: Pune

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our portfolio of live events and webinars. In this role, you'll execute attendee recruitment campaigns, support sponsorship sales efforts through targeted demand generation, and manage promotional activities that engage banking, wealth management, and insurance technology professionals. This position requires strong execution skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for events.

Core Responsibilities:

Live Event Marketing

· Execute multi-channel attendee recruitment campaigns for conferences and smaller live events, coordinating promotional activities such as email campaigns, social media, speaker and sponsor promotion, etc.

· Support sponsorship sales by executing demand generation campaigns that identify and engage prospective event sponsors (technology and solution providers) through targeted outreach

· Collaborate closely with events and sales teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans for each conference, tracking registration data, sponsorship pipeline activity, and campaign performance

· Apply successful marketing tactics across events in the portfolio to continuously improve overall performance

Marketing Copywriting

· Write compelling copy for event websites, landing pages, promotional emails, social media posts, and digital advertising that resonates with senior financial services and insurance audiences

Develop event marketing materials including prospectuses, one-pagers, sales collateral, recruiting kits, and sponsor
