Marketing Associate – Community Engagement

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Inito is a Y Combinator-backed health tech company that lets you test for fertility hormones, diabetes, vitamins, thyroid, etc., on an at-home device and app. Our mission is to help consumers learn more about their bodies and get actionable insights to achieve their health goals.

Our first product, the Inito Fertility Monitor, helps couples trying to conceive know their fertile window, confirm if they ovulate, and identify if their hormone levels are sufficient for a healthy pregnancy.

Inito is also the first at-home medical device from India to clear the US FDA regulatory pathway, get featured on the Apple App Store, and launch in the US. Our strong social presence includes 45K+ followers on Instagram and 100+K on TikTok, with 100+ ads running at any given point.

We have a highly engaged Facebook and Reddit community of over 50k+ users globally with 200+ posts per day. We aim to expand and deepen our community engagement.

Every month, we host multiple online events, from expert-led AMAs and interactive webinars to community sessions designed to educate, empower, and connect. These events have become a cornerstone of our community experience, bringing members closer to trusted fertility experts and to each other.

We are looking for a Community Associate to lead the engagement and growth strategy across our primary community platforms. This is not a reactive moderation role; it is a creative and strategic position designed for someone who can take a high-level goal and turn it into a structured plan. You will be responsible for the voice of Inito across communities, our upcoming in-app community, and our newsletter, ensuring our members receive consistent value.

Responsibilities

  • Expert Events & AMAs: You will own our online events, from expert-led AMAs to interactive webinars with US based experts. This includes identifying speakers, brainstorming the themes, and leading the promotional strategy across all social platforms and the Inito app to drive traffic.
  • Newsletter Planning & Strategy: Lead the production of our Community Newsletter. This includes brainstorming high-value themes, creating the content calendar, and coordinating with different teams to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Community Engagement Campaigns: Collaborate with the different teams to design and run community-centric campaigns. You will ensure these initiatives align with our broader marketing goals while serving the specific needs of our users.
  • Reddit Strategy & Management: You will be responsible for planning and strategizing reddit growth, identifying key discussion trends, and maintaining reddit communities as a trusted authority in the fertility space.
  • Insight-Driven Content: Act as a bridge between the community and the Brand Team. You will identify emerging trends and user stories within the groups to help inform our global content and communication strategy.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Track engagement metrics and community sentiment. You will use this data to provide regular updates and pitch new formats or strategic pivots.

Requirements

  • Strategic Thinking: You have a proven ability to move beyond execution and can plan long-term community initiatives from scratch.
  • Professional Communication: Excellent writing and editorial skills. You can communicate complex health topics with clarity, authority, and empathy.
  • Collaboration: Experience working across departments, specifically with Design, Growth, and Brand teams, to move projects from the brainstorming phase to a final product.
  • Empathy: A high degree of emotional intelligence is required to handle sensitive topics related to fertility and women's health with the appropriate level of care.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars and campaign timelines simultaneously.
