Role Overview

As aClient/Brand Marketing Associate, you'll work on implementing marketing strategies and digital campaigns for Blacksof's clients. You will also play a key role in crafting compelling pitch strategies for potential clients. This is a dynamic role that combines research, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for clients
• Conduct research on industries, competitors, and audiences to inform strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution
• Track and report digital performance across platforms
• Support client servicing teams with campaign performance analysis and recommendations
• Contribute to pitch decks and strategies for prospective clients based on insights and creative inputs
• Stay updated on marketing trends and innovations to bring fresh thinking to both ongoing and potential projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Master's degree in Marketing
• Interest and/or experience in digital marketing (social, content, SEO, ads)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with creative, strategy, and business teams
• Experience in branding, digital agencies, or strategy roles is a strong plus
