Role overview
We are looking for a Marketing Associate AI Products who will play a key role in executing and coordinating marketing initiatives that drive product awareness, enterprise engagement, and business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong execution capability with curiosity for AI technology. The associate will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to support product marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on offline events, industry engagements, and B2B outreach. The role requires the ability to understand AI products at a conceptual level and communicate value propositions clearly to enterprise audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Marketing coordination & execution: Support planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for KnowDis.ai products across online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with business and growth objectives.
- Event marketing & management: Lead coordination of industry events, conferences, roundtables, and partner engagements including vendor coordination, logistics, branding collateral, speaker preparation, and on-ground execution.
- Founder-led marketing support: Work closely with founders to prepare event messaging, presentations, demos, and outreach materials to effectively position AI products for enterprise audiences.
- Product understanding & messaging: Develop a working understanding of KnowDis.ai's AI capabilities to accurately communicate product value propositions during events, meetings, and outreach initiatives.
- B2B outreach & engagement: Support outbound marketing efforts including coordination of invitations, follow-ups, prospect engagement, and relationship nurturing with enterprise stakeholders.
- Marketing collateral development: Assist in creating brochures, presentations, case studies, and event-specific marketing assets in collaboration with design and product teams.
- Lead tracking & coordination: Maintain structured tracking of leads generated through events and outreach activities; coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Market intelligence & feedback loop: Capture insights from customer interactions, events, and industry conversations to inform product positioning and future marketing initiatives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth execution of marketing activities.
Required skills & experience
- 25 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, events, or B2B marketing roles, preferably within technology, SaaS, or startup environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or managing offline events, conferences, or industry engagements, including vendor and logistics coordination.
- Basic understanding of AI, technology products, or enterprise software concepts, with the ability to quickly learn technical positioning and communicate it clearly to business audiences.
- Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in B2B outreach or stakeholder engagement, including professional communication with senior business audiences.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory, with the ability to create polished professional communication, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Comfortable working closely with founders and operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to execute independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM platforms, email outreach tools, or event management platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) is mandatory and non-negotiable.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong professional writing, drafting, and communication capability in English as part of the evaluation process.
- Exposure to technology or AI-related environments through coursework, internships, or prior roles is preferred.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
