Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Delhi & NCR. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. Daily tasks include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends and campaign performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. The role also involves supervising the marketing team to achieve desired objectives.

Qualifications

• Strategic marketing skills, including campaign development, content marketing, and brand positioning
• Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and trend analysis
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email marketing
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities
• Familiarity with sustainability practices or related industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
