We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. The Marketing Assistant will support marketing campaigns, conduct market research, assist with customer service and client communication, and contribute to sales initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team, gathering customer insights, and helping execute sales and marketing strategies effectively to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in Market Research and gathering data-driven insights to support decision-making
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies, including assisting with lead generation and campaign execution
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
• Passion for creativity, branding, and visual communication
• Knowledge of the creative production industry or prior related experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
