Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. The role will mainly involve handling customer enquiries received through various online portals, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, and following up with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries received through various online portals.
• Contact customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Follow up with potential customers regarding their requirements and quotations.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Prepare and maintain customer-related documents and records.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer requirements and quotations.
• Assist with preparing product-related documents, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Support day-to-day marketing and sales activities.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations and documents accurately.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales support, or customer handling will be an advantage.
