Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves supporting day-to-day marketing activities such as assisting in market research, preparing sales and marketing materials, and maintaining customer databases. The Marketing Assistant will help coordinate promotions and campaigns, support the sales team with follow-up communication, and provide basic customer service for inquiries related to products and services. The role also includes tracking marketing activities, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective outreach to industrial clients.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and report on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide product information, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to assist in lead generation, sales follow-ups, and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of industrial products or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
