MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to support the Company's business objectives and growth plans.

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify business and marketing opportunities.

• Plan, coordinate and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, promotional activities and corporate events.

• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, email marketing and other digital channels.

• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and results.

• Develop marketing materials, presentations and promotional content in coordination with internal teams and external service providers.

• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with clients, business partners, vendors and other stakeholders.

• Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to generate leads and support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

• Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensure marketing activities are carried out within approved budgets.

• Supervise and guide junior marketing staff where required.

• Perform other marketing and business development duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development or a related field.

• Good understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing and market research.

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
