Marketing Assistant

GrowthByte is hiring a Marketing Assistant for a client project with a growing US-facing consumer brand. You'll work closely with the client's core marketing team, handling day-to-day marketing, Amazon operations and customer support so their team can focus on strategy.

This is a project-based engagement. Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role at GrowthByte once the project ends.

What you'll do

• Run day-to-day social media activity: scheduling, posting and engagement
• Run email marketing campaigns and manage contacts in HubSpot
• Prepare regular Google Ads and Meta Ads performance reports
• Handle customer queries over phone and email
• Support Amazon Seller Central operations: listings, orders and account health
• Follow up on B2B leads, such as sample-kit requests and trade-show leads
• Keep campaigns, data and tasks organised, and help the team stay on schedule

Must-haves

• Excellent written and spoken English, and confidence on customer calls
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, email, paid ads)
• Comfort with tools like Google Sheets/Excel and a willingness to learn new platforms quickly
• A proactive, detail-oriented attitude and ownership of your work

Good to have

• Marketing support experience, including internships or freelance projects
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads reporting
• Amazon Seller Central experience
• Experience with Impact or similar affiliate marketing platforms
• Experience in B2B lead follow-up or e-commerce brands
• Relevant certifications (e.g. HubSpot Academy, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint)
• Comfort working partly in US hours
