Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our
Business Unit Head in executing marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day marketing operations, coordination, and implementation of brand activities while ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Unit Head in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies for content creation, design, and campaign rollout.
- Support in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and communication related to marketing projects.
- Assist in event coordination, product launches, and brand outreach activities.
- Maintain organized records of marketing materials, proposals, and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, digital platforms, and branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
