Are you someone who wants to build a career in marketing not just observe it, but actually own work, develop real skills, and come out the other side job-ready

If you're curious about campaigns, storytelling, guest experiences, branding, or how hotels market themselves and want to go deep on one track, this is where you start.

We're hiring Marketing Apprentices across multiple functions to work on our travel, weddings, art, and lifestyle verticals. You'll work on real projects, collaborate with different teams, and build demonstrable skills across brand, digital, content, and campaign execution

Depending on your track, you'll work on things like:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions
  • Own hotel offers, packages, experiences, and guest-focused initiatives
  • Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams for campaign execution
  • Conduct brand research, track market trends, and analyse competitors
  • Create marketing collaterals, presentations, and campaign concepts
  • Manage social media content and platform coordination
  • Lead on-ground support during shoots, events, and brand activations
  • Develop ideas for improving guest engagement and brand visibility

You'll thrive here if you (not all, but some of these sound like you):

  • Are curious, creative, and proactive
  • Have an eye for luxury, aesthetics, hospitality, and guest experiences
  • Love weddings, celebrations, experiences, or storytelling-led brands
  • Have a knack for art, design, culture, or creative content
  • Enjoy marketing, branding, social media, SEO, campaigns, or content creation
  • Like working on ideas, offers, packages, and guest engagement initiatives
  • Have basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Can communicate well and work with teams
  • Are eager to learn, experiment, and take ownership

Bonus points if you have a genuine interest in one of the following:

  • Weddings & Celebrations: you love the planning, aesthetics, and emotion behind big moments
  • Art & Culture: you follow artists, visit galleries, or create yourself
  • Wildlife & Nature: you're drawn to safaris, conservation, or experiential travel
  • MICE & Corporate Events: you understand how large-format events and conferences come together
  • Luxury & Experiential Travel: you care about how destinations and stays are marketed to discerning travellers
  • Food & Beverage: you geek out over restaurant concepts, menus, culinary storytelling, or food content

What you'll walk away with:

  • Priority consideration for full-time roles within the organisation

Location: Gurugram | On-site

Duration: 6–12 months (based on track and performance)

Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

Path to full-time: Strong performers will be considered for permanent roles at the end of the apprenticeship
