About The Role

SLB is hiring a Digital Marketing & Strategy Intern to join our SLB India team in Gurugram. This internship is designed for students and recent graduates from Tier 1 institutions with a background in Marketing, Advertising, and Communications who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, go-to-market strategy, and business analytics within a global energy technology company.This is not a routine internship. You will own high-visibility projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver outputs reviewed directly by senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a structured customer engagement strategy in partnership with the Sales team
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, content strategy, and communication planning
  • Organise and manage marketing events including Tech Days and customer engagement programs
  • Own the INM team's LinkedIn marketing strategy — content calendar, campaign execution, and performance analytics
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, competitive analysis, and market research

Required Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate from a Tier 1 institution with a background in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including market sizing, data analysis, and business modeling
  • Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with and present to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in strategy consulting, growth marketing, or business analytics
  • Exposure to GTM strategy, international market research, or digital growth projects
