Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Social Media Intern to support Qubix's digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and branding, with the ability to take ownership of day-to-day social media activities from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end organic social media activities, including content ideation, planning, creative coordination, shooting, caption writing, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Create and publish 3 Instagram Reels per week for Qubix HiFi, including concept development, scripting, shooting, and posting.
• Plan and publish 3 LinkedIn posts per week for Qubix, including content creation, creative coordination, caption writing, and publishing.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to bring fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external designers to ensure timely delivery of social media creatives.
• Track and analyse social media performance through weekly and monthly reports and recommend improvements.
• Support marketing initiatives such as Meta Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, email newsletters, and other marketing activities as and when required.

• Take complete ownership of Qubix's day-to-day organic social media presence.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality, and timely content across all social platforms.
• Maintain Qubix's premium brand image through creative and engaging content.
• Stay updated with social media trends and proactively recommend new content ideas.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, creativity, and effective time management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing, branding, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media analytics.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar is an added advantage.
