Marketing and sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager with strong B2B jewellery sales experience.

Key Responsibilities: Develop B2B business by onboarding new dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with Production and Dispatch teams for timely order delivery and stock availability.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
• Prepare regular sales and market reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
• Min. 3 years of B2B sales experience in the jewellery industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for business development.
• Knowledge of Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
