Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paid Marketing and Sales Internship role based in New Delhi. The intern will actively contribute to promoting Date Factor's vision by engaging with customers and managing sales activities. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, reaching out to potential clients, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting in organizing events and training sessions. The role provides a hands-on opportunity to gain marketing and sales experience while supporting the company's mission to foster real-world connections.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and maintain strong relationships.
Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management for driving business growth and meeting targets.
Experience or interest in Training and coaching team members to enhance their performance and skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and enthusiasm for learning in a real-world setting.
Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented approach to worldly problems.
