Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Sales role based in Vasai Virar. The position involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote fire industry products and services, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, presenting product offerings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams on pricing, delivery timelines, and technical specifications, as well as maintaining accurate sales reports and market insights. The individual will support brand visibility through local marketing initiatives and participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry standards.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and manage key accounts.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills to educate clients and team members on product benefits, usage, and safety standards.
Relevant experience in industrial, fire safety, or oil and energy sectors is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Vasai Virar, with readiness for field visits and client meetings.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and basic CRM or sales reporting skills.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
