About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the execution and day-to-day management of the brand's marketing initiatives across digital, PR, and on-ground channels.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing & PR Manager, this role will be responsible for translating brand strategy into high-quality campaigns, content, and customer experiences, while managing internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Communication & Consistency
- Ensure consistent application of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
- Translate overall brand direction into day-to-day communication and content
- Ensure alignment between product storytelling and overall campaign output
2. Campaign Execution & Management
- Execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives in line with overall strategy
- Coordinate with creative teams on shoot execution, content creation, and asset delivery
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-channel rollout
3. Social Media & Content
- Oversee day-to-day management of Instagram and content platforms
- Plan and supervise content calendars, reels, and platform-specific formats
- Ensure consistency in visual quality and storytelling across all content
4. Influencer & PR Coordination
- Manage execution of celebrity and influencer collaborations and seeding initiatives
- Coordinate with PR agencies for features, placements, and media opportunities
- Maintain and build relationships with influencers, stylists, and media partners
5. Customer Experience & Website Coordination
- Oversee execution of website updates, product launches, and merchandising changes
- Support product positioning and naming across website and marketing touchpoints
- Ensure alignment between brand communication and customer journey
6. Events & Activations
- Execute brand events, pop-ups, and exhibitions
- Coordinate logistics, guest management, and on-ground experience
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all activations
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and customer trends
- Share regular reports, documentation, and insights with senior management
- Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
8. Team & Agency Management
- Manage and guide marketing executives on day-to-day tasks and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, merchandising) and external agencies (creative, PR, digital) for execution
- Ensure quality control across all outputs
Who You Are
Experience Required: 47 years
- Strong understanding of fashion / luxury / premium branding
- High attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working across teams and managing external partners
- Blend of creative sensibility and execution-focused thinking
- Are comfortable working on-site from Monday-Saturday
