Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing & PR Manager to spearhead the brand presence for two distinct entities: Adotrip.com Pvt. Ltd , our premier travel tech platform, and Adomantra Digital India Pvt Ltd , our cutting-edge digital advertising house.

The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of content strategy and reputation management. You don't just post on social media; you build communities. You don't just write press releases; you tell stories that land headlines. A significant portion of this role involves positioning our leadership and projects for prestigious industry awards and managing end-to-end PR ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

1. PR & Reputation Management

Develop and execute an annual PR calendar for both Adotrip and Adomantra.

Maintain and leverage strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers in the Travel, Tech, and Advertising beats.

Draft high-impact press releases, authored articles, and keynote speeches for leadership.

2. Award Strategy & Documentation

Identify relevant domestic and international industry awards (e.g., Cannes Lions, Abby's, ET Brand Equity, Conde Nast Traveler Awards).

End-to-End Management: Lead the entry processfrom selecting the right categories and data mining to writing compelling case studies and coordinating video showreels.

3. Content & Social Media Ecosystem

Oversee the content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, ensuring a distinct voice for the travel consumer (Adotrip) and the business partner (Adomantra).

Monitor social media trends to ensure the brands stay culturally relevant.

Audit website content and blogs to ensure alignment with SEO and brand pillars.

4. Strategic Partnerships

Identify and facilitate collaboration opportunities with travel influencers, tech partners, and media affiliates to expand brand reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 58 years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, or Brand Marketing. Experience in a digital agency or a travel startup is a major plus.

Writing Excellence: Exceptional storytelling skills. You should be able to pivot from inspiring wanderlust to explaining Ad-tech ROI seamlessly.

Social Media Native: Deep understanding of algorithms, platform-specific trends, and community management.

The Win Mindset: A proven track record of successful award submissions or high-tier media placements.

Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Delhi/NCR
