Job Description

As a Marketing & HR Intern you will be responsible for 2 main areas under Corporate Communication - Marketing & Employee Engagement.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing initiatives that enhance organisation branding and visibility and also cater to employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. The role focuses on building a positive workplace culture, promoting internal communication, organizing engagement programs, and ensuring employees feel valued and connected to the organization's goals and values. You will also be responsible for Content Writing with the aim to develop engaging, high-quality content and final deliverables that enhance our brand presence and support our digital marketing initiatives.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, HR English, Psychology, BBA, MBA or any other field.

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Looking for freshers who we can absorb as a permanent employee based on performance and skill demonstrated during the internship tenure.

Responsibilities: 

Content Creation & Development

  • Create and deliver content through various digital marketing activities, including brochures, email newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, video promotions, marketing videos, product videos, and other creative assets.
  • Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Design and develop multimedia materials such as infographics, graphics, and motion content.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Plan and manage content schedules to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and promotional materials.

Optimization & Engagement

  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and audience feedback to refine future content strategies.
  • Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and adheres to company standards.

Branding Support

  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving the company's brand assets and templates.
  • Support the creative team in strengthening brand presence across digital channels.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities aimed at improving morale, collaboration, and workplace culture.
  • Support the design and rollout of surveys, feedback forms, and engagement reports to assess employee satisfaction and gather insights.
  • Help in organizing recognition programs, wellness sessions, team-building activities, and internal communication campaigns.
  • Collaborate with admin team to coordinate logistics for employee events, including invitations, materials, vendor coordination, and follow-up communications.
  • Contribute creative ideas for enhancing employee experience through new initiatives, campaigns, or digital engagement tools.
  • Assist in preparing internal newsletters, announcements, posters, and social media content.
  • Maintain and update employee engagement databases, attendance, and participation records for all activities.
  • Collaborate with HR team on initiatives related to onboarding, employee welfare, and retention.
  • Collaborate with department heads to tailor engagement efforts for specific teams or functions.
  • Support grievance redressal processes and act as a bridge between employees and Management.
  • Gather feedback from employees after engagement programs and prepare summary reports or presentations highlighting outcomes.
  • Support in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks related to engagement and communication.
