Marketing and Growth Intern

What You'll Do
Content
- Ideate and create social media content across formats reels, posts, stories
- Be the face of the brand shoot, record, and edit content, showing up on camera as the voice of the brand, not just working behind the scenes
- Keep a pulse on what's trending across Instagram, Twitter/X, and relevant Reddit communities, and turn that into content ideas fast
Growth
- Support performance marketing efforts campaign execution, creative testing, tracking what's working
- Support SEO basics keyword research, on-page fixes, content optimization
- Constantly scout new/emerging marketing strategies and channels worth testing (not just doing what everyone else is doing)
Community
- Community management on Reddit and other platforms where Wigle's audience hangs out
Skills You'll Need
- Shooting & editing - Basic proficiency with phone-shot video and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, InShot, whatever you're fluent in)
- Trend fluency - You should already be the person in your friend group who knows what's trending before it trends. Comfortable scrolling Instagram/Twitter/Reddit as research, not just for fun
- Writing - Able to write short-form copy that doesn't sound like a brand talking at people
- Basic performance marketing - Understanding even conceptual familiarity with Meta/Google ads, CPI/CAC is a plus
- Basic SEO understanding plus, not mandatory
