Marketing And Graphic Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content Creation, and Product Development to understand project goals and translate them into effective designs
• Create and maintain the brand's visual identity to ensure consistency across all design materials
• Produce high-quality visual content in adherence to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies and apply them to your work
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for visual communication strategies
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Edit and retouch images and adjust layouts to enhance visual quality
• Collaborate with printers, photographers, illustrators, and other creatives to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and diverse design portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share design ideas
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Receptive to feedback with a willingness to revise and refine designs
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design is a plus
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is an added advantage
• Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is beneficial
