Role Description
Landmark Systems & Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Associate to join our expanding team. This position combines hands-on digital marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a creative eye, have a strong interest in technology, BFSI products, and modern marketing tools and will take responsibility of developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
- Create engaging social media posts with well-crafted captions for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Take full ownership of the social media posting calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publishing
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics and engagement analytics
- Write clear, compelling content for the company website, including blog articles and product pages
- Publish and manage blog posts and website updates using CMS platforms (Webflow or similar)
Design & Video
- Design professional marketing creatives, banners, and social graphics using Canva and similar tools
- Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) and edit videos for social media campaigns
- Demonstrate a strong sense of colour, design principles, and UI aesthetics across all visual outputs
- Build and maintain product decks and presentations using Landmark-branded templates in PowerPoint
Tools & AI
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to accelerate content creation, ideation, and campaign optimisation
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and marketing technologies; recommend adoption where applicable
Pre-Sales Activity
- Perform consistent follow-ups with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Schedule and coordinate product demo meetings between prospects and the sales/product team
- Collaborate with senior sales members to refine outreach messaging and pitch strategy
Qualifications
- Graduate, Post-Graduate, or MBA from a recognised institution
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or pre-sales
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and basic design tools
- Strong content writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different channels
- Hands-on experience with social media management, analytics tracking, and content scheduling
- Working knowledge of website CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent)
- Video editing skills for creating Reels, Shorts, and promotional clips
- Familiarity with AI-based marketing and content creation tools
- Understanding of colour theory, visual design fundamentals, and UI/UX basics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Figma for design collaboration and prototyping
- Prior exposure to BFSI or technology product marketing
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital advertising platforms
