Role Description
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Ideate, coordinate, and manage Rizvol's Indian social media content calendar (Instagram & Facebook)
- Work with creative teams for shoot coordination, caption copywriting, and scheduling posts
- Monitor audience insights, engagement, and analytics to propose ongoing improvements
2. Business Cataloging & Platform Management
- Coordinate and maintain Rizvol's digital catalogs across platforms such as Ajio Luxe, Pernia's Pop Up, and other luxury marketplaces
- Ensure all SKUs are updated with the correct imagery, product descriptions, and inventory details
- Work closely with e-commerce platform teams for uploads, promotions, and visibility boosts
3. Business Development Support
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B fashion partners, stylists, and boutique stores for brand placements
- Coordinate brand collaborations, exhibitions, and offline pop-ups
- Assist in market research and competitor tracking to support expansion strategy
4. Internal Coordination
- Liaise with the New York team on creative approvals, new drops, and product storytelling
- Work alongside content, photography, and design teams for cohesive brand representation
What We're Looking For:
- 13 years of experience in fashion marketing, luxury retail, or brand management
- Strong communication & coordination skills (must be proactive and well-organized)
- Deep interest in the world of luxury fashion, content creation, and design
- Familiarity with social media marketing tools (Later, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Experience working with e-commerce cataloging (Ajio Luxe, Tata Cliq Luxury, etc.) is a bonus
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market conditions, trends, and data
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work setting with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in business development or marketing is a plus
