We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and result-oriented Marketing Senior Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between creative strategy and execution.
In this role, you will collaborate closely across our group of companies, support category growth, and manage end-to-end marketing activations. Additionally, you will provide crucial operational and administrative support, managing essential client documentation and policy processes. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
1. Campaign Execution & Content Creation
Concept to Execution: Drive marketing campaigns and deliverables efficiently from initial concept to final deployment.
Asset Development: Assist in preparing comprehensive campaign briefs, creative references, copy points, and marketing collateral.
2. Operations & Policy Administration
Documentation Support: Handle day-to-day administrative processing, including preparing client quotations, processing applications, and managing policy endorsements.
Team Support: Provide general operational and administrative support to the wider team to ensure smooth workflows.
3. Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
Category Growth: Plan and implement targeted marketing activations to support category growth and commercial objectives.
Strategic Input: Contribute and participate actively in assigned category planning sessions.
Market Insights: Conduct market research, sales analysis, and identify emerging trends to keep our brands competitive.
4. Stakeholder Management & Events
Group Liaison: Act as a key point of contact across our group of companies to execute marketing strategies effectively.
Timeline Management: Manage project timelines confidently and front conversations with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Activations: Plan, coordinate, and support experiential events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities to drive brand loyalty.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing campaign management, event planning, or corporate administration.
Handling quotations, applications, or policy administration is highly advantageous.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and administrative tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships across different business partners.
Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
