Job Description

This traineeship is only for candidates who have completed their degree and have no ongoing exams or academic commitments. Post the 3 month duration, depending on the performance and company's discretion, the candidates will be considered for  a full time employment.  Applicants must be available for full-time in-office work and future conversion.

Role Description

We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Operations Trainee to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on real campaigns that reach thousands of Indian SMBs, analyze and organize marketing data, and ensure smooth execution across marketing channels.

This traineeship offers hands-on learning; you won't just follow instructions; you'll build and run real processes. You'll gain practical experience with modern marketing tools, contribute to meaningful campaigns, and understand how marketing operations function inside a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

1.Managing marketing data

Work on marketing datasets, maintain strong data hygiene, keep campaign data organized, analyze performance metrics and funnel drop-offs, and prepare reports that help drive marketing decisions. 

2. Running multi-channel campaigns:

Set up, execute, and monitor email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital campaigns using defined playbooks and operational workflows 

3. Understanding and executing workflow

Understand how different systems and tools are connected, and build/execute workflows around campaign execution, lead management, automation. 

4. Keeping our marketing engine organized:

Maintain content calendars, track campaign timelines, and manage documentation to ensure smooth and structured workflows.

5. Maintaining and improving our marketing tools :

Maintain and improve CRM systems, marketing tools, dashboards, and automation platforms  to keep everything updated and running.

6. Coordinating cross-functionally:

Work with sales, product, and content teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and on time

Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology or a related field
  • Open to full-time conversion after the Traineeship.
  • Solid analytical skills with prior Internship experience in fields like operations and  analytics
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills — comfortable with sorting, filtering, lookups, and basic analysis.
  • Good knowledge of working with APIs and webhooks
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset, excited to pick up tools like Instantly, Brevo, Pabbly, Gupshup, and AI-powered tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and solid attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and genuine interest in marketing operations.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with automation tools, CRM systems, or marketing platform
  • Experience working with marketing data or creating dashboards
  • Understanding of the Indian SMB market
