Role overview

Talendroid Technologies is looking for an MBA Marketing professional with at least 2 years of post-MBA experience who is interested in moving into IT-enabled Marketing Operations. The role suits someone who is comfortable learning new systems, understanding business processes, and supporting day-to-day operations through technology.

Key responsibilities

Learn and support Marketing Operations processes, workflows, and reporting.
Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements, resolve operational issues, and improve processes.
Build working knowledge of relevant tools and platforms, including Salesforce, SAP, TPM, and XTEL.
Maintain accurate process documentation, data, and status updates.

Candidate profile

MBA in Marketing with a minimum of 2 years of post-MBA professional experience.
Strong interest in transitioning into IT / Marketing Operations; prior experience with every listed tool is not required.
Willingness to learn Salesforce, SAP, TPM, XTEL, and related processes quickly.
Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work from the Hyderabad office and join within 2 weeks.
