Key responsibilities
  • Analyze paid media performance across search, social, display, and programmatic channels to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel conversion rates, and cohort performance.
  • Design and run experiments to test creative, audience, bidding, and landing page variations; measure incremental lift and statistical significance.
  • Develop attribution models and contribute to media mix modeling to guide budget allocation and forecasting.
  • Translate insights into action by producing clear recommendations for campaign managers, product teams, and leadership.
  • Collaborate on tagging and data quality with engineering to ensure accurate tracking and event instrumentation.
  • Support forecasting and budget planning with scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
Required qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and paid platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL for querying event-level data.
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio.
  • Solid understanding of attribution concepts, statistical testing, and basic econometric approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis in concise, actionable formats.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS or e-commerce environments with subscription or repeat-purchase economics.
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking, GTM, and data-layer implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or R for advanced analysis and modeling.
  • Prior exposure to marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce).
What we offer
  • Competitive salary and equity opportunities.
  • Flexible remote/hybrid work policy and generous PTO.
  • Professional development budget and mentorship.
  • Health benefits and a collaborative, metrics-driven culture.
