Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who brings a marketing-first mindset to data. This isn’t just about tracking numbers—it’s about understanding how campaigns perform, why leads convert (or don’t), and which regions hold the most opportunity.


You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Marketing & Sales teams to analyze the entire funnel—from lead generation and engagement to conversion and revenue. You’ll dig into performance by region, channel, and campaign, and provide actionable insights to optimize results worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze global marketing campaign performance data across paid channels, email marketing, organic traffic, and more.
  • Study lead generation, content consumption, and conversion metrics across different countries and regions to identify high- and low-performing markets.
  • Determine which regions or countries to prioritize based on performance data, ROI, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Proactively surface insights when sales drop from a region, or if a campaign underperforms, identifying potential reasons and offering improvement strategies.
  • Work with marketing and growth teams to refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategy using data-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards/reports that focus on leads, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness—telling the story behind the data, not just presenting numbers.
  • Monitor lead quality and segment behavior to ensure efforts are aligned with business goals.
  • Perform A/B testing on marketing assets (ads, email, landing pages) and translate results into strategy recommendations.


Who You Are

  • marketing-minded analyst who sees leads and customer behavior behind the numbers—not just impressions and CTRs.
  • Experienced in marketing data analysis with a strong understanding of digital funnels, customer journeys, and multi-channel campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, CRM/reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working across global markets, understanding regional trends, and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in EdTech, or online education businesses is a plus.
