Role Description

The Marketing Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for conducting influencer marketing campaigns, marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and managing the social media team. They will ensure that marketing initiatives are data-driven and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Analytics tools
• Experience in Marketing Analytics and an understanding of performance metrics
• Excellent Communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is an advantage
