Job Description



Responsibilities :
We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join our team who will act as the digital and campaign marketing champion. You will be responsible for creating campaigns and digital marketing strategies, managing digital web presence, social media platforms, and all digital properties for Infosys Equinox to improve perception/relationship with key stakeholders (clients, prospects, analysts, etc.). You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and brand awareness among strategic clients and prospects. Role Requirements: Scale brand awareness and demand generation success by collaborating with the field marketing team to design impactful multi-channel campaigns Improve win rates by enabling better messaging and demo experiences on digital channels and collaborate with the bid team on strategic deals Possess strong digital marketing skills and Campaign Management skills with competence in creating annual marketing plans Research-driven to gather and apply market intelligence, explore new market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and suggest new strategies to align the sales goals Own all digital properties for Infosys Equinox †website, social media, product review sites, etc. Dynamic and results-driven with good written and verbal communication skills Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders from different parts of the world to drive effective messaging on all digital properties Have an eye for storytelling and take a data-driven approach to offer creative solutions that positively impact the business Execute challenging marketing requirements by meeting deadlines with good program management skills Sound understanding of various digital channels such as social media, SEO/SEM/SMM, content syndication, programmatic campaigns, and Martech tools for effective metric tracking

Technical and Professional Requirements:
Interest and experience in the e-commerce space. Prior experience in B2B Marketing for SAAS products is preferred. Exposure and experience in industries consuming digital commerce and marketing services such as Retail, CPG, Telecom, Automobile, Edtech etc. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques Good communication and writing skills (both written and verbal) MBA from a Tier I/2 college in Business, Marketing, or other related disciplines will be preferred Curious about metrics, execution processes, macro trends Ambitious and self-starter Team player and also take ownership of your tracks
