We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Insurance marketing team, supporting high‑impact field marketing, account‑based marketing (ABM), and demand generation initiatives aligned to the US market. This role sits at the intersection of execution, analytics, and storytelling, working across campaigns, events, and content-led programs.

About the role:

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of field marketing and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen the Infosys brand across the Insurance industry. You will contribute to executive‑level events, industry forums, and integrated marketing programs aligned to regional and global unit priorities, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance across all touchpoints.

You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to support ABM and demand generation programs focused on priority accounts, helping expand buying groups, improve engagement, and contribute to opportunity pipeline. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong coordination, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, global marketing environment.

Location: India – Bengaluru (Bangalore)

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of field marketing programs including executive events, industry conferences, roundtables, webinars, and virtual experiences aligned to Insurance unit priorities
  • Assist in the delivery of account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives for target accounts and buying groups
  • Contribute to content‑led programs such as thought leadership campaigns, research-driven messaging, and integrated nurture journeys
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, domain, digital, PR) to ensure campaign alignment and timely execution
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to support events, creative development, digital activation and campaigns
  • Maintain track and report campaign performance, supporting measurement of impact metrics (engagement, leads, and pipeline impact, etc.)
  • Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and operational logistics for marketing initiatives
  • Ensure high standards of brand consistency, messaging accuracy, and creative quality across all deliverables
  • Assist in managing timelines, assets, and approvals across multiple concurrent initiatives

Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing. If experience in supporting the US geography, it will be a plus
  • Experience working in IT services or technology marketing
  • Exposure to field marketing, ABM, and demand generation programs
  • Working knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus

Role requirements:

  • Understanding of the IT services market, competitive landscape, and Insurance marketing context
  • Experience supporting campaigns from concept through execution
  • Working knowledge of digital and social marketing channels, metrics, and reporting approaches
  • Strong written and verbal business English communication skills
  • Good understanding of design fundamentals for print and digital formats, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and collaborate across teams
  • Comfort working with agencies and vendors on execution and delivery
  • High level of ownership, organization, and judgment in a fast‑paced, global environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, as required
