Marketing Analyst (Fresher) (Work from Home)

We are seeking a smart and motivated Marketing Analyst (Fresher) to join our remote team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to begin their career in marketing while developing strong analytical skills.

You will work alongside our marketing and growth teams to monitor performance, analyse data, generate meaningful insights, and contribute to data-driven business decisions. If you are curious, detail-orientated, and willing to learn, we would be happy to have you on the team.

• Assist with analysing campaign performance across various digital marketing channels, including email, paid advertising, SEO, and social media.
• Help create and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Monitor important marketing metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
• Analyse data to identify trends, performance gaps, and potential growth opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team on A/B testing, funnel analysis, and other performance-improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategies and business decisions.
• Ensure marketing data is accurate, organised, and properly maintained for reporting and analysis.
