Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analytics & Digital Marketing Specialist with 56 years of experience in campaign analytics, performance marketing, and end-to-end digital marketing strategy execution. This role requires strong analytical ability and deep digital marketing expertise to drive growth, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI.
Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing Analytics & Performance Optimization.
- Track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, and retention metrics.
- Create Strategies to Build out new Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to define KPIs and set measurable goals.
- Perform analysis across digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social, email etc.) to identify trends, optimize performance, and maximize ROI.
- Experience on advanced tools (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Hadoop, etc.) along with SQL Python and tableau (Good to have) to extract insights and create compelling, decision-driving reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, Hypothesis testing and experimentation strategies, providing analytical insights to optimize campaign performance.

Must-Have Skills
- 56 years of experience in marketing analytics and digital marketing.
- Strong command of SQL, Excel/Sheets, Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Ability to convert complex data into simple insights.
- Good communication and storytelling skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Python, Pyspark or R for advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of incrementality testing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Clickstream, Ads, and Google Analytics) and the data they generate.
- Experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
Proven experience in a digital-first company, performance marketing agency, or consumer-tech brand.
