Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Marketing & Sales Intern (Outreach & Automation). The intern will assist in market research and lead generation, contribute to the creation and execution of marketing strategies, and support sales outreach efforts through automated tools and tactics. Responsibilities also include engaging with prospective customers, maintaining relationships through effective communication, and assisting in customer success activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
  • Experience in Market Research and familiarity with data analysis for identifying trends and opportunities
  • Understanding of Sales techniques and the ability to support lead generation and conversion
  • Knowledge of Marketing Strategy, with exposure to planning and executing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic environment and a proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing one) is preferred
  • Familiarity with automation tools for marketing or sales is a plus
