About Us (The RBRTH Mission): RBRTH is a high-performance health and wellness brand operating out of Mumbai. We aren't interested in playing it safe with boring corporate marketing. We are building a radically transparent, high-accountability community—think the relentless energy of Red Bull mixed with the absolute disruption of Liquid Death.

We are currently gearing up to launch our flagship SuperMints, and we are documenting the entire journey. We build in public. We share the wins, the absolute chaos, and the raw reality of scaling a D2C brand from zero to 1 crore in revenue in six months.

The Role: Let's be completely transparent: This is an unpaid internship.

If you are looking for a comfortable 9-to-5 where you schedule a few social media posts and hide in the background, keep scrolling.

This is a zero-BS, high-stakes role where you will act as the tip of the spear for our marketing and sales engine. You will be working directly alongside the founder in a lean, two-person operation to execute high-impact, zero-budget marketing campaigns. You aren't here to be an assistant; you are here to be a brand builder.

What You Will Actually Do:

  • Drive the Hustle: Architect and execute scrappy, high-ROI marketing sprints and grassroots sales campaigns to drive immediate conversions for our D2C Shopify store.
  • Build the Cult: Help script, strategize, and execute our wildly unconventional content (including our high-energy, late-night-show style formats).
  • Growth Hacking: Identify unconventional channels, partnerships, and community-building tactics to gain maximum mindshare without spending a dime on traditional ads.
  • Build in Public: Help manage our radical transparency strategy, utilizing AI tools and rapid content creation to keep our audience hooked on the RBRTH journey.
