Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a structured marketing & sales framework
- Use AI for Marketing activities (AI educated/experienced person preferred)
- Handle international and domestic client communication via email and phone
- Manage export marketing activities primarily through email correspondence
- Conduct domestic client visits (PAN India) for sales and relationship management
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
- Execute brand promotion and business development activities
- Maintain accurate client, sales, and marketing records with confidentiality
- Use MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools for reporting and data analysis
- Prepare marketing & sales reports and analyze data to improve performance
- Handle client negotiations and tough customer situations professionally
- Communicate effectively with international clients from different cultures
- Ensure timely follow-ups and long-term client relationship management
- Work on cloud platforms, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company goals
- Adapt quickly to changing work requirements and priorities
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and focus at work
- Coordinate with plant, logistics, and internal teams for dispatches and shipments
Qualification
B.Sc or M.Sc in Marketing
Experience:
2-3 years of experience
