About us

Toscee Collective is a curated multi-brand lifestyle store at Gulshan One29. We work on a consignment model with a tight, well-chosen set of brands — fashion, beauty, fragrance, home, and accessories — put together for the catchment around Sector 129 and the wider Noida IT corridor. The idea is simple: a considered edit rather than a crowded shop floor.

The role

We're looking for one person to own how the store looks and how it's talked about. That means two things sitting together — keeping the floor and the windows sharp, and running the day-to-day marketing that brings people in and keeps them coming back. It's a hands-on role, not a desk one.

What you'll do

• Run the store's social presence — planning content, shoot days, and posting, keeping the tone consistent with the brand
• Manage WhatsApp marketing through Interakt — campaigns, offers, and Edit Club communication, within our messaging limits
• Look after visual merchandising — window changeovers, floor layout, product placement, and keeping displays fresh through the week
• Work with the buyer and brand partners on how new stock is presented and featured
• Help run The Edit Club loyalty programme — enrolment, tiers, and member engagement
• Plan and execute in-store activity — launches, pop-ups, and seasonal moments
• Track what's working — footfall, engagement, and sell-through — and adjust accordingly

Who we're looking for

• 1–3 years in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or a related role — a strong fresher with the right eye will be considered
• A genuine sense for how a lifestyle or fashion store should look and feel
• Comfortable with social media, basic content creation, and phone/camera work
• Organised, reliable, and happy working on the floor rather than only behind a screen
• Familiarity with retail tools (POS/ERP, WhatsApp marketing platforms) is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train
