Marketing & HR Intern

Role Description<

This is an internship role for a Marketing & HR Intern based in Lucknow in a hybrid work model, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in planning and executing marketing activities, including social media support, basic campaign coordination, and helping with digital content promotions for Smart Clicks services. Daily responsibilities will include maintaining marketing records, coordinating with the creative team for promotional materials, and supporting communication with clients and partners as needed. On the HR side, the intern will help with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, supporting onboarding documentation, and maintaining employee-related records. The role also involves general administrative support, preparing simple reports, and contributing ideas to improve both marketing visibility and HR processes.

• Exposure to basic marketing concepts, social media usage, and an interest in digital content or branding.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with using common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new software.
• Interest in HR activities such as recruitment support, interview coordination, and maintaining employee information.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work responsibly in a hybrid environment with some autonomy.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, HR, Business, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing, HR, or digital content is an advantage but not mandatory.
