Marketing & Event Operations Associate

Location: Powai, Mumbai, India (On-Site and only Mumbai-based candidates)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Event Operations Associate to support campaign execution, lead nurturing workflows, webinars, and marketing events across programs.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, communication workflows, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations

• Execute SMS, WhatsApp, and email campaigns
• Manage webinar workflows including registrations, reminders, and follow-ups
• Support CRM hygiene and lead management processes
• Coordinate campaign execution timelines with internal teams and partners

Event Operations

• Support end-to-end coordination for:
• webinars
• info sessions
• online/offline events
• partner-led events
• Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and internal stakeholders

Lead Nurturing & Campaign Coordination

• Support lead nurturing journeys and retention communication
• Coordinate partner campaign execution and reporting
• Maintain campaign trackers and operational reports

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, events, or campaign coordination
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Familiarity with CRM/email marketing/webinar tools is preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
